Meh. My big hang up is the price. My room, sea view in December was $280 a night after taxes and fees. There are lots of other nice places for less money. If money doesn’t matter, then go for it. Rooms are decent, staff is awesome. Perfect location.

Review of the restaurant, we walked in off the road and taken to the lovely garden setting and had such fabulous food. Great service from Lek, our waitress, charming and attentive. Had a chang beer and the good ladyship had a tiger beer. Food is amazing and the setting calm and relaxing. Keep it up!

Avani Resorts is at best location in Pattaya. It is a big property. It has main entrance at second road and has another entry point at beach road also. Resort have a big pool at back side surrounded by green environment. Main entrance is very beautiful and well decorated. You feel very upscale place at very first glance. There is a souvenir shop in lounge at main entrance. Overall best place to be in.

Fantastic pearl in one of the best locations in Pattaya! Excellent rooms, perfect service, polite and respectful staff, all you need can be found in the resort. From huge clean pool, to many lunch and dining places. I am visiting Avani at least once or twice every year , even the long travel from Europe.

Superb property. Very good rooms with beach view if you get rooms at the top floors. Well maintained rooms. Staff response and behavior is good.
