Doesn't look that great on the outside but on the inside the rooms were decent. The prices were reasonable the location is excellent and if you get one of the ocean view rooms you would think you're at a five star hotel... okay three and a half star I cannot tell a lie. it ain't no Hilton but it's way closer to Walking Street literally a 10 step walk to walking Street. So you can come back to the room and make yourself a drink take a nap take a shower and then be back on Walking Street in 2 minutes. Check out the video walkthrough of the room that we paid $47 for.

It's nice cost effective very safe and at the start of walking street near to beach and walking street I would recommend old furniture but rooms are spacious overall is a plus I would say

The view from the room is superb. Everything was okay staying there except the coffee cups they provided were covered with dust. I know it’s a room so close to the beach so, it could have some dust and sand on there, but, they should clean it before the guests go into the room i think. The woman from reception knows all information about Pattaya well and she told us which boat to take to islands and which one not to. It’s a great help. But, she got a face without smile. She’s from reception after all, she should smile and welcome us with smile, i think. Instead, she was like someone who’s ready to scold to guests with sullen and hard face. It’s at a great location. As soon as you get down from hotel, it’s the entrance to Walking street. If you want a quiet chill beach place, this is not for you. But, if you prefer great night life, this hotel is for you with reasonable price.

I just came from another hotel that had a toaster, microwave etc... this place has just a fridge and quite a few roaches, and you maybe ok with outside noise but be prepared the music from downstairs is really loud until 4am. Though the lady that runs the place is nice and rooms are older but spacious.

Room is big and clean. Stuffs very cooperative. Very close to walking street. Music don't stops till 4 am. Very noisy.
