The hotel design is not bad, but the air conditioner is loud. Another point of dissatisfaction is that I asked to clean my room before going out, but the hotel forgot. When I came back, I reminded them that they didn't clean up either. Instead, they handed me a bath towel at the front desk! I was speechless. . .

This hotel is located in a very convenient location it is so close to walking street and central. It is very calm and quiet.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location to walking street and lots of activity and food around. It's easy to get to other parts of the city with a tuk tuk. The room are MASSIVE for the price. Very well maintained and designed. Staff are minimal so you have to do a lot of things yourself. Breakfast is a decent spread and you can enjoy some entertaining local Thai TV while you eat. Great stay in Pattaya.
