Nice modern hotel with a good view. Quality receptionist and professional lobby. Good swimming pool with a water slide. Good quality breakfast buffet. Well stocked bar. Small kitchen area for cooking meals. Underground parking shared between residents and hotel guests. There is a shuttle to the beach with advance reservation. Roads to the hotel are currently under construction so it is tricky to get there.

I love this hotel. The staff really take good care of me. I tell all my friends about this place. Every time I visit pattaya I stay here. I love it here. The front desk people are always so nice to me and help me out. Will be back again. My favorite place. Breakfast is good and shuttle service is good. Concierge is great also. Awesome pool. Thank you all for everything. Hope to see you again soon.

Very good Hotel.. Just built.. New as ever.. Stayed in a 2 bed room corner apartment.. Very neat absolutely clean. Friendly staff.. Good buffet breakfast.. Only problem, it is a little far from walking street and Central Festival Mall.. Hotel provides you with a free drop and pick facility.. Over all good stay with family..

It was the second time I was staying in this property and the first time the experience was very nice and that's how I booked it again!! This time around howerver, they were horrendous. They were not ready to do room service and kept asking for money which usually is free in other hotels , example ice box. Also, they didnt provide towels after they cleaned the room and in the evening when we got back to our room and asked for towels , they out rightly refused to provide us with the same. We didn't expect this sort of thing out of hotel of this standard .
