Clean room. Good location. Good service in reception. Very small breakfast is included. It is a good start, but often we needed to eat a second breakfast before lunch.

I made an international call to this hotel, and the receptionist was really nice & helpful. That said, it is very concerning the way they handle their reservations. I put my credit card information, but was asked to provide that same information on a link they sent to my email. I thought that was very odd. I checked the reviews and found out somebody was charge for no room available. I have pre-paid hotel rooms before, and have never been ask to provided my information again, much less in a external link. Be careful, this is not standard practice of a reliable hotel.

Very unsatisfied with the way they handled my situation. I booked & paid for a room here & the day before I have to check in they say there’s “no rooms available” after sending ME an email confirming they did with already taking my money. They tried to relocate me to another hotel further away that I did not confirm with & charged me for it. Took me calling about 4 times to even talk to someone about it & now they will not refund me after being told I was going to. Don’t waste your time here.

Nice, small hotel in the 16th arrondissement. Eiffel Tower, the river Seine and the Arc de Triomphe are very close. Public transport (Iéna) are very well connected. The rooms are small, but completely ok for a city trip or during a business trip. Breakfast offers very little variety, but it's ok and you can easily get something outside the Hotel. The staff is friendly, but not always completely helpful.
