I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks during a business trip. I had tough time during check in. I was told that I wasn’t in the system, since there was a long line behind me, i was asked to step aside I had to wait for an hour then walked back to the registration desk and asked someone else. I was lucky to make the move, because that person was able to find my booking and checked me in within a minute. I experienced the gym but not the spa nor the pool because of lack of time. Other than that, the service is generally good.

Amazing week-end at this SPA hotel. I really enjoyed the elevators approach forcing us to use stairs instead. As a man of innovation, I can say it's really disruptive, you are not afraid to change the rules for our own health, Bravo !

Well, the hotel and room itself were perfectly fine.

What wasn’t up to par was the swimming pool area. It definitely had a weird vibe. Meaning, it was full of couples who in one way or another couldn’t keep their hands off each other.

For example, there was one couple in the hot tub, with the woman sitting and moving provocatively on her partner’s lap. Then another couple in the swimming pool, where the woman was plastered on the back of her partner while he swam around. It was all really weird. . . I just wanted to swim for a little bit, but didn’t stay long because of what was going on there.

When we asked the front desk for an explanation, they assured us that this kind of lewd conduct is obviously not tolerated and they would look into it. 

Yeah, right. . . but what do I know, maybe it’s just that kind of hotel?!

Friendly and very helpful staff.. Wil be back soon. Highly recommended.. Loads of places to eat nearby.. Shopping mall is minutes away..

Excellent locations. Huge apartments, more than enough room. Staff were super helpful. Free shuttle from the hotel to Disneyland park.
