We were in Paris celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and we decided to book our accommodation at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. To our pleasant surprise, everything about this hotel was just wonderful. It locates about half a block away from the Tour Eiffel so the view from our window was always spectacular. The hotel lobby was contemporary and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our flight arrived very early in the morning so by the time we got to the hotel, it was only about 9 am. The front desk attendant offered to keep our luggage so we could get started with our explorations. Our room was modern, comfortable and clean. We got 2 bottles of water everyday. The bathroom had a large glass shower stall with rain shower function was fantastic. This hotel helped make our times in Paris more memorable. À bientôt.

This was our gorgeous view from the balcony of our hotel room. We loved every moment we spent at this hotel. The staff was very nice and very accommodating to anything you could ask for. The restaurant downstairs had delicious food and top notch service. The room was very neat, clean and tidy. The bathrooms were ultra modern also. Please give this place a stay, you will not be disappointed!

From the minute I walked in to the minute I left the hotel I was treated excellent. The chef in the morning was amazing he was very friendly. Their was on girl wish I can remember her name she help in the from and in the breakfast area her English was really good. She was so helpful and amazing. The rooms where clean and spacious. I will stay there again if I ever visit Paris again.

The hotel itself is centrally located and rooms are reasonable but sadly service is very poor. We only booked this hotel As they guaranteed side by side rooms. Upon check in After a 6 hour flight at 9pm we were advise rooms were 2 floors apart. Staff managed to move rooms to the same level but couldn’t deliver side by side as booked & considering our children were in the second room this posed an uncomfortable issue. We were instructed to check again each day with reception for availability as requested but for the duration of our week stay, our request was not honored & frankly this shouldn’t have been our obligation to follow up or to resolve. Don't ask room or guest services for an extra glass or bottle opener- they charge to deliver items requested to your room.....When I questioned this I was advised to take my bottle of wine to the restaurant and they would open it and give me an extra glass. We addressed our disappointment a number of times with staff only to be dismissed and excuses made. Plenty of other options out there... hotel seems too busy to care for actual Customer service which sadly diminished our experience in Paris.... churn and burn hotel!
