Came in late autumn so I didn't expect too much but the scenes are out of my expectation. The park showed my how beautiful the colour of autumn can be. I enjoyed the walk in the park quietly without many tourists.

Opened in 1969, the Parc Floral de Paris changes with the seasons, and is popular with plant and nature lovers. Along with the Parc de Bagatelle, École Du Breuil and the Jardin des Serres d'Auteuil, it forms the botanical garden of Paris. Extending over 28 hectares, the park is situated at the heart of the Bois de Vincennes, a stone's throw away from the Château de Vincennes. There are four distinct landscape spaces. Great for walking, but also meeting and socialising (exhibition room, horticultural events, etc.) The park has numerous play areas for children, including a mini golf course like a miniature version of the city, with each of the 18 holes representing a Parisian monument. The park is also the venue for numerous free events every summer such as Paris Jazz Festival, Pestacles, and Festival Classique au Vert.

Nice place for strolls, kids, picnics etc. within the neighbourhood of city areas ...you can club with visit to the Vincennes fort but make sure you check out park and fort visiting time/days as the park gets closed pretty early in the evening and I couldn't visit the fort also as it was closed for the particular day when I was there. You can walk down from the Vincennes metro (~20 minutes) or drive down.

I love the peacocks there. Look for them near the cafeteria on the left side of the park and beyond.

Nice place to be. Even in February it was a quite and cosy spot in the middle of noisy Paris.
