I traveled from Paris to Strasbourg from this bus station in Feb 2020. Place is nice and has space to sit. Only issue is with the super cool wind blowing below the seating, we need to keep our legs on top

Situated on the site of former wine warehouses, the Parc de Bercy still retains some reminders of its past, such as a vineyard and an old railway line. Located at the heart of the 12th arrondissement, between Gare de Lyon and the Cour Saint-Émilion district, the Parc de Bercy is a lovely place for a walk whatever the season. On one side is the largest concert venue in Paris, Bercy Arena. At the other end is the 'jardin romantique' with its little lake and island, populated with ducks and lilies. And in between, film lovers visit the Cinémathèque française (designed by American architect Franck Gehry). Biodiversity is an important part of the Parc de Bercy, with the Maison du Lac (exhibitions on the gardens, conferences, etc.), the Maison du Jardinage (advice for new gardeners, gardening classes, etc.) the Chai de Bercy (wine store) and the Orangerie. The park is a popular with families for walking, football and rollerblading and is a perfect place for Parisians to unwind.

The park itself is rather a nice place for a picnic or to spend some time during warm days. To the extend of my knowledge though there are not much facilities besides a few roofed benches. The big bus station right next to the park offers you some shelter in case of rain. Can be crowded though and the toilets are really gross.

Beautiful park during the day, however duting the night you should be careful. From Bercy you can pick up buses for international destinations. It is easy to get there from Metro Bercy (14) and then walk through the park for the bus station. It can be slightly complicated when you are there for the first time.

Right in front of the Accor hotels arena. Most of us visit this park because of the bus stand nearby. The park is not the best one in Paris. You will find some people enjoying fitness schedule there though.

It feels a little bit untreated during the winter which is not neccessarily a bad thing. I enjoyed the walk through it, although some doors/bridges were closed. It dh especially on the part of it close to Bercy village. Around the Arena it was more crowded thus felt even safer. I'd say be aware of your surroundings, especially later in the day.
