My family and I stayed for three nights here in February. Whilst the common guest areas were well appointed, I was disappointed by our room. Lighting fixtures broken, carpet very stained, doors that didn't close and a general feeling of not being cleaned well before we arrived. Paper cups only in the room (previously justified as an environmental measure - but the use of disposable cups makes no sense instead of reusable porcelain.) Breakfast was very well done with all guests well catered for - the automatic pancake maker was a big hit with all the children at the hotel. Very conveniently placed for shopping with a supermarket just behind and plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. 15 min walk from the Eiffel Tower, but you can see it from the front door. Good dinner menu and food quality excellent in N Cafe but probably would benefit from some more staff as we waited a long time for service. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating and fluent in multiple languages. Overall, I would come here again, but glad I did not pay the standard advertised price for the room.

Great location and nice and clean and spacious room. The concierge was very helpful n polite. Even the non speaking English House Keeping was nice. Breakfast just fine. But surprisingly the Front Office was rude n not polite. I remember his name is Jeremy. The FO Manager should teach him more about being in the front liners...no greetings no eye contact no smile. And he looks not happy with the way he answer to my question. Look down at your guest, Sir?

I love this perfectly located hotel in Paris. The rooms are large, modern, and decor is fun with lovely view of the city and the Seine. What a perfect place to stay on my first trip to Paris! The staff was friendly and helpful in a low key way which was very kind. The lobby areas are inviting and modern with many places to meet your friends and make your plans. The gift shop was nice but could be better if it stocked gifts actually made in France. Still, I managed to find many gifts there I was happy to purchase. The hotel is in a safe area and that made it lovely to go out at night. There are shops, bakeries, restaurants, and theaters around the corner. You can walk to many places from the hotel, including the Eiffel Tower and Park. The staff will arrange a taxi for you to visit the Louvre or any other place if you don't want to walk. They will ensure the driver gives you the fair rate. You can walk to the Seine for beautiful night time photos on the bridge with the Eiffel Tower in the back ground. It is very safe. I will always stay at this hotel when in Paris because of the views, the friendly staff, the lovely rooms, the perfect location, and the reasonable rates.

Highly recommended. We travelled from USA and we had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Very clean and good service. Near to the river side walk and Eiffel Tower. Nice breakfast, I still remember the warm welcome “Bonjour”. Good cab service just outside and nearby train station, Bus stops and good restaurants. Fresh in my mind.
