Absolutely unprofessional when taking care of online orders. Our shipment has been delayed for 1 week at ORY airport because the manager forgot to include the tax into the invoice. Than he barely responded to emails - average time to respond was around 2-3 days, and there was no chance the manager would proactively find the reason for the delay. Keep that in mind when ordering - you will have to track the progress carefully by yourself. P.S. Austria and Australia are different countries

In my opinion, this is the best wine bar/wine shop in Paris. I have been coming to this place for over 20 years. First, this beautiful setting began as a top notch wine shop only. While there are many everyday French wines and spirits there are also those very hard to get rare ones too. Some years later the wine bar was added to this elegant shop and for me has made this my primary destination in Paris. The really cool thing you can do is pick a bottle of wine from the shop, bring it to the wine bar side and for a small extra charge, drink the wine there. You can accompany the wine with cheeses, meats and bread too. For me, this place gives me a short moment in heaven.

A wonderful place to stop for a glass of wine and some cheese. Peaceful wine cave with knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a huge selection of wine for purchase by the bottle. We never miss a chance to pop in when in Paris.

Beware this place lies about shipping fees and is shady. My husband and I bought wine here to ship to the US 6 bottles. We paid over $200 in shipping and then cost per bottles. They assured us the wine will arrive in a month. After a month of not receiving out product they emailed me saying they forgot to charged us the shipping and now the wine was going to eb delayed and i had to paid extra credit card fees to use my card on this site. They never apologize or even accomodate their lack of professionalism. Sraff was very rude throughout the entire process. They were ao shady about the extra fees involving the way their send the product, after i received the fine i got a billed from fedex with over $300 worth of tax and broker’s fees. They send me the wine so late that it arrived when the Trump 25% tax fee when into effect. They never notified me of this they just send the product and basically was no longer their problem. I tried to contacted them several times because i learned they never ship thenproduct as personal use even after i told them. Several emails and still have not heard from them. I now had to paid for their shady shipping method and because they screwed up at the store and notified me about this a month later i now had to pay for higher tax fees. Beware of dealing with store! They are not honest or professional people.
