The staff are aggressive and unnecessarily rude. This is a shame as the club is alright.

Created at the start of the 1920s, the Java is a legendary club located in the popular and trendy district of Belleville. Access is via the Palais du Commerce, a shopping mall listed as an historic monument. Édith Piaf, Django Reinhardt, Sanseverino, Holden and Alice Lewis have performed in this equally tiny yet welcoming room. Today, the Java highlights urban music but also organizes intense and sophisticated clubbing evenings. One of the most iconic clubs of the capital, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Not feeling it. Long queue, bad dancefloor. Can’t say more

Big and nice looking nightclub. Usually not so crowded so you can move a little bit. Good DJs . Worth visiting
