Japanese culture has found a prominent place in the heart of Paris and a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, its illustrious neighbour. Inaugurated in 1997, the Maison de la Culture du Japon has moved into an elegant glass and steel building, a true jewel of contemporary architecture.

Meow! What a fantastic space for art and culture of Japan. We loved the free art exhibition, really interesting to see cultures through different eyes. We also had a delicious mochi with Japanese sencha. Thank you!
