This is what I get for booking a hotel without reading the reviews... After checking my family in, the receptionist called our room and asked us to see him. We mistakenly booked the wrong night and although he had previously let us check in, he then ordered us to leave without offering a solution. We asked to pay the difference between the two nights and his manager refused over the phone and wouldn't hear us out. They were so so unhelpful and we ended up having to pay an extra night so that we weren't homeless. They have no guest respect and the receptionist needs an intensive course in hospitality: what an unpleasant soul. Our room walls were covered in mould (below) and the bed sheets were flittered with holes (below). Lastly, our bathroom smelled very musty and there were hairballs on the shower basin. We naturally didn't address this with the rude staff. I would refrain from staying here if you can!
