Laëtitia Blanco reading your review is even more offensive as was your behaviour that day towards me and my husband. You didn't acknowledge your bad behaviour on that day nor in the reply. We had a bad stay due to your bad behaviour and we also mentioned to your front staff at the checkout. The despicable thing is you misbehaved on a pretex of a mere "water bottle" that was not asked from our end infact given by your staff. We simply asked to refill the bottle that was there in the counter. If you need to inform about the rules please mention to your staff and not customers. There is a way of informing to customers, you don't accuse them of opening cupboards and taking water bottles, you should have enquired before lecturing us about the water bottles and the cupboard. Rest we didn't see any guest choking in the lobby, I am sure if they would have know the exact reason they would be as disappointed as we were. The general feedback regarding the location was for the public who may struggle due to the Paris Strike. Nowhere mentioned from us that the strike information was not provided from your end hence please don't misquote us. Improvement comes from feedback and acknowledgement, I am sure you neither believe in both of the words. There are many previous reviews which states bad behaviour from the Happy Culture staff and I get now where the "Learnings" are from. If this is how you treat people through words (verbal and written) the Hotel may have to disassociate with the word Happy in Future.
