What can I say. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I consider myself a frequent traveller. The room is not clean. There was a heavy layer of dust over many things, mysterious blood stains on the headboard, strange white growths in the bathroom. We cleaned everything ourselves and tried not to touch stuff. No wifi in the rooms. The electric outlets on the side of the wall with the TV were just not working the night we arrived, then mysteriously started working again in the middle of the night, thus turning on the TV and scaring the soul out of me. Staff seems overworked and were cold. This hotel has so much potential, and could be so cute, if only its owner cared more. Pros: great location, offers parking in a dark garage for €25/night, comfy mattress...but still would not stay here again.

People are very kind. The rooms are nice and comfortable. There is an elevator, small but works well. I have nothing to complain. It is close to Eiffel Tower, less than 10 minutes walking and it is very close to the train station. It was amazing being here.

Very convenient location, so there is some little cons. but overall it’s ok. The receptionist at day time is very nice and helpful. She will help wherever you ask.

Staying at the Hôtel France Eiffel was everything that I needed it to be, as a first-time visitor to Paris. The room was a reasonable size, and when using it as a base for city exploration, it was a comfortable place to store my luggage and catch some sleep. The hotel was within walking distance of local amenities: shops, cafés, eateries, and the metro, which allowed it to be a convenient place to stay. There is a boasted view of the Eiffel Tower, which is a little exaggerated as all that's really visible is the strobes and illuminations at night. The service was minimal but non-intrusive; the bathroom was appropriately clean for a lower-cost hotel, but the toiletries seemed as though they had been on the side for some time as there were some marks under them that revealed a less than thorough cleaning. If you are looking for a romantic excursion to Paris, you may be better off digging a little deeper into your wallet, but if you are coming to Paris to explore and absorb the culture and history that the sprawling urban environment has to offer, the Hôtel France Eiffel is a pleasurable stay: a quiet port in a busy city that allows a jumping-off point into Paris, whilst providing the minimum, and arguably appropriate, requirement for a hotel room.

If you reach the place after a long travel, you are at a wrong place. Be ready to meet totally unfriendly receptionist. Though the woman in buffet area was good, yet the behavior of receptionist was far from polite. Secondly the rooms are tooo tooo small to even move properly. The only pro was its location. Its very near to main city & Eiffel Tower. Bus stop is also right in front of the hotel. Overall Will surely not like to visit again.
