Place is not clean. Caged bird in the breakfast area. Mattresses in hallway in front of our door. The pictures of the room do not match what you see in person. The rooms are bright pink. Booked for 2 people and only gave us 1 pillow. Asked for an extra and they told us no, that they were full. Staff wasn't that nice. Only 1 shower towel. The only positive side is how close you are to the catacombs. Would post pictures if I could.

Staff were pleasant. Room and halls were clean...after 18:00. It seems like they have one overworked housekeeper for the entire building. They did not have towels in my room when I arrived. When I inquired at 19:00 they said they were still drying. I gave up on asking because I had a small towel in my backpack. I can look past old and rundown; but not having something basic, like towels, is just unprofessional. This wasn’t advertised as a hostel.

I'm not sure if I'm satisfied. It's safety place, near city center but we ordered double bed room and pictures on booking page with reality have nothing common. We couldn't use shower after two days, cause water didn't drain, we heard every word from our neighbors, small lift etc.

Good enough to stay for couple of nights. Gorgeous vintage stairs and elevator.
