Perfect location, fabulous staff, comfy bed, clean and lovely room, delicious breakfast. You are fabulous number one. We love that could see the Eiffel Tower by the balcony in our room. We did enjoy our stay with the hotel during this 4 nights. All staff from front desk are friendly, helpful and gentle. One of the staff from the breakfast beverage bar is quite nice and well notice on our need. He knew one of us need coffee and one of us like tea. He help us to get more mushrooms from kitchen and reminded us take care our bags like we are his friends. By the way, you have amazing ketchup Togo with hot food. We do enjoy our breakfast time with your delicious food. We really appreciated all of the staff for all the effort to make us have a lovely memorable experience in Paris. We would recommend the hotel as top stay choice to our friends and be back with next stay in Paris.

Beautifully decorated hotel. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful, they recommended places to eat, how to get to the metro, and stored our luggage for us after check-out as we were not due to travel back until late in the evening. My only hesitation is that the bar was quite expensive (15€ for 2 cokes and 1 coffee), but the bar staff were very friendly and the place was also beautifully decorated.

Great location, 10 mins walk to the Eiffel tower. They were kind enough to let us in our room before check-in time which was great as we were very tired from traveling overnight. Very dirty carpets in the rooms, toilets and cups were not clean in the room. Would expect more from a 4 star hotel and for such a high price for 1 night.

The hotel is in an amazing location. The room was very clean and nice view of the Eiffel Tower. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Don’t miss the breakfast which is excellent and Lahsen is making the best coffee. In overalls excellent for families.
