Great little hotel in the heart of Paris. Near Gare St Lazare. Nice walking distance from opera and Printemps store. Been staying here since 1989 every time I'm in the city. A cozy retreat from the noise of the city.

A clean, quiet hotel with staff who are professionally minded. Plugs in the right places and a small desk. My room was not as small as I expected and the bathroom was functional with plenty of room to put a toilet bag.

This is typical Parisian hotel. Small stairway, small rooms but big enough, very small lift. I have to say I enjoyed being there as I was in a quiet room in street side. I had a very good sleep, never suffered from the street noise as the bedrooms are well sound isolated. The breakfast is ok too, not any choice: croissant and baguettte in the Parisian trend. I recommend the location. The only thing is that the WiFi did not work properly, it kept disconnecting

Excellent value for money! Right in the center of Paris, next to Boulevard Hausmann, cheap, clean, simple and newly renovated hotel with airconditioning!
