Great hotel very close to Disneyland. We stayed 2 nights and it was perfect. An easy walk from the train we arrived in the evening and checked in quickly. Our room was small but clean and the pool was very close though as it is only open during daytime we did not use it. The bus to Disneyland stopped right outside and drove us round the corner to the entrance. Check out was easy, they have a left luggage place so you can spend the day at the park but we opted to leave it in the station so we could have extra time at Disney. Would definitely stay here again when I next visit Disney.

Excellent hotel which is close to Disneyland, a great shopping centre and lots of restaurants. There is a free shuttle to Disneyland but you can walk it in ten minutes. The restaurants close by are of a much higher standard than the park or village ones imo. The room has everything that you need and a supermarket is very close by to buy snacks and breakfast items. We did note that if we had stayed at a Disney hotel we would not have had access to the same amenities as we have staying here (shopping centre, restaurants). I have read some negative reviews and I am very surprised now by them as our experience is very different. Yes there are some scuffed walls and some stained carpets but people should have perspective. It is a clean hotel and these things are to be expected and certainly did not impact on our stay. If people want perfection then they should expect to pay much higher prices. I think we paid €480 for 6 nights for an apartment which had everything that we needed, was clean and very comfortable.

Good location near the mall/outlet and Disney. Nice size rooms. Needing a bit of refreshment in the room with cooking facilities. No room cleaning service if you are staying less than a week. No room service. No restaurants in hotel but plenty near by.

We had to change room 1 because the toilet was extremely dirty and the room was not clean. Additionally there were some things from Gast in front of it. Room number 2 was clearly smaller but also very dirty. We stayed. The employee assured us a late check out which we didn't know anything about the next day. I did not get an answer for clarification there. Staff very unfriendly and not willing to help. In writing I tried to contact them but also there was no reaction.

The lobby looks fine the personal was friendly and helpful. The room was a bit dirty. There were a lot of stains on the carpet. It was okay for just 1 night, but not for longer.
