This place has so many buying options and so many outlets. Some outlets are pricey and some are average priced. The place is much crowded but the staff manage to handle all clients appropriately. If you have to buy gifts for your friends, family or significant other, and have less time to make up your mind then this place will be good to visit for this purpose. It will take much time to stroll through all the available options so bring plenty of time with you.

You are bound to find something here that want. There is something for everyone. Even if you are not in Paris to shop, I would still recommend you come here just for the experience.

A great shopping centre with a great variety of brands. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. We chose to watch the sunset with a few drinks. Highly recommend it.

I don't know if I went to the wrong place or if it was the wrong time of year but there was no bar up on the roof. However, the rooftop is spacious and grandiose and absolutely worth going up if you're already at galeries lafayette. I don't know if I'd make a special trip for just the rooftop but the building as a whole is great. Of course there's shopping and eating but the rotunda and the domed ceiling are gorgeous. The old school elevators are very fun to ride as well.
