One girl serving at the till was lovely but under fierce pressure! We then waited 45 minutes until our food was ready, it was cold! Asked for extra bbq sauce when collecting the food and was ignored! Drinks machine was broken and you can’t get refills on the drinks despite paying 3.75 for a regular drink! I understand it is located in disney land and prices would be substantially higher but we did not get near what we paid for!

Horrible experience. I love the food at Five Guys but the staff is so disappointingly incompetent they took over 40 minutes to prepare a burger some and some fries with just 5 people waiting for food. And then they ran out of hot dog buns while I was waiting and gave me a cold sausage on the hand...

The ultimate place to eat if you're looking for an incredibly tasteful fast food experience. Almost completely similar to the Five Guys restaurants in the USA! The burgers and the fries are 100% worth trying out.

Wow! People at the cash register do not understand simple words IN FRENCH. I live here and speak a pretty decent French. No free refills. Lame
