The Eiffel Tower is a wrought iron tower that stands 1,063 ft (324 m) tall. It was designed for the Exposition Universelle, a world fair held in Paris in 1889. It is currently the most famous symbol of Paris. We can see that this is a metallic tower made of interlocking joists resting on the ground on 4 massive pillars. Its general shape is close to the pyramid, but differs from it by the small but existing curvature of its sides. It is composed of two parts: The lower part, characterized by four pillars, which lie at the top of this part, and a high part, which is the continuation of the elevation of the pillars at the moment of their joining. This junction is at the level of a platform that corresponds to the second tower of the tower, the first being approximately half way down from the ground, while the third is near the top. At the top of the monument, above the 3rd floor, is a room where the radio and television equipment allowing broadcasting of the waves are installed, then the various TV and radio antennas. Among the details, the first floor has a decorative arch beneath its floor, and each pillar has an elevator to allow a quick climb up to the 2nd floor, or another elevator allows the climb up to the 3rd floor.

Very cool historic and world renowned site. The Eiffel tower meets expectations in size and beauty. The park is also very nice to lounge in and has many great views. The line to go in the tower though can be very long so if you plan to do more than look from the bottom plan several hours here. There re also many very good cafes within a five minute wall of the tower.

I loved visiting such an iconic place of Paris. And I'm so happy that I had a local friend take me there as close as possible without having to pay for entry and tour. But other than the beautiful and very close view of the tower, it's just a large metal tower to me.

What should i say, it's the city of Love, and this is the right place to see it from the top. I do recommend, before you plan your visit to Paris, just buy the tickets online, you will spare a lot of time, other wise you are going to spend at least 2 hours in the queue. You can choose the floors where you want to go, but do not hesitate to go to the top, it is worth it, all the world is there, make sure you are well dressed it's cold on top. It might look scary, but there is the proper floor, so even for people who are afraid of high it will be amazing. Take the stairs, so you can take your time to admire this creation. And enjoy, there is where you feel the life.

Once in a lifetime experience. We had lunch at the elegant restaurant which included 9 courses of stunning food, a spectacular view, perfect customer service, and access to a private viewing deck. It was pricey but it’s the only time I’ll ever visit Paris with my husband, as he is terminally ill. I’m grateful for this experience with him
