Friendly helpful staff, even the cleaner helped us find our room - without being asked, he just saw us dithering

This hotel was basic but just what we needed. The rooms and the outside are kept well and looked after. Inside our room we had a few places in it where they’d repaired something quickly (obviously to get the next family in) but it doesn’t look nice where they’ve just thrown a load of plaster into a hole or siliconed up an area, just to cover it, but I understand that repairs etc must be difficult when you have customers all the time. The rest of the stay was brilliant. The staff were (on the whole) amazing. There were one or two that let the team down a bit but on the whole they were all brilliant. Always smiling, offering to help, etc The food in the restaurant was amazing too. Breakfast and dinner were the meals we had there and they were perfect. Always something for everyone. So much choice and brilliantly cooked and served too. It was always a buffet style- so you get shown to a table and then you go and take your plates up to choose what you want. Highly recommend this hotel as one to stay in with the family.

Checking in takes a fair amount of time, I mean your lining up for at least 30 minutes just to get to the front desk. The rooms are small, and with very basic utilities, no kettle we had to ask this they could not guarantee, additional pillows and blankets etc. The beds were not very comfy and the rooms could do with a refresh. On a positive note the water pressure was amazing best shower I have had in a while.

If you are looking for a budget hotel that is on site at Disney you are looking in the right place. But only if Cheyenne is fully booked. We came here in September during the Run weekend so it was busy. The rooms were clean but they lacked one major thing, air conditioning or a window that you could get some sort of air through, the room we had seemed to trap heat no matter what you did and it made it almost unbearable to be in during the day so keep that in mind if you have kids. The Hotel its self is well themed and maintained as you would expect from any Disney hotel and the gift shop and restaurants were good. The on site restaurant is a all you can eat buffet which we didn't end up going too as we felt we were never hungry enough. Be warned the line for the Breakfast at this hotel is VERY long. The bar has small snacks and drinks which was where we ended up going, again another lovely themed bar with nice drinks for adults and kids alike and nice bar food with a Mexican feel. When it comes to this hotel the only reason it didn't get the full 5 stars was simply down to the heat of the room and that I clearly have been spoiled by Cheyenne next door. The walk to the parks is easy just be prepared in the summer months to sweat more in your rooms that outside.

I expected a little more from a Disney hotel. Even though it was on the lower budget end of what Disney Paris offers I felt the rooms were a bit dated, run down, I felt springs in the mattress when I was trying to sleep, asked for extra pillows for a family of four because they only provided one per person and the housekeeping staff said they are only allowed to give two extras but he can bring me three instead of four...strange! Most hotels or places always offer two pillows per person....Even the budget places. Overall the location and shuttle service was great. I might of paid extra for a nicer room if I were to do stay there again.
