The hotel is perfect for getting to the parks quickly. The hotel pool is quiet and clean. I would recommend using the castle club for breakfast and viewing the castle fireworks in the evening. The staff at the hotel are all so helpful and friendly. Our room was presented perfectly and we even received little treats in the room when we returned for the evening. All in all a 5* stay.

Most wonderful place on earth no matter the age. The best deal is to book the exclusive floor of the Disneyland hotel. It comes with vip tickets for your stay so all in it makes much more sense than buying separately. We never queued more than 10 min with the cup passes while the normal queues were up to 2 hours. Breakfast and afternoon snacks with dysentery characters is also a must at the hotel. You also get private checking on the second floor which is great during holiday rush

A lovely hotel. A great position for the Disney parks. I think it needs decorating, some of the interior is a bit tired. And there is no sound proofing in the rooms so you can hear the people next to you. The staff are lovely, and very helpful & friendly. It's so convenient though. Being able to pop back to our room at any time, and not have to run for the bus, or hunt for the car. We would happily stay here again.

This hotel is seriously dated. It felt like I stayed at my grandmothers house. Now you are right at the entrance of Disneyland and it is magical like everyone says but I do question their upkeep of the hotel especially considering the price. I stayed in much nicer hotels in the heart of Paris with much nicer facilities and bigger rooms for 2/3 the price of this hotel. It’s a 3 star hotel with a 5 star hotel price tag

It's a pretty good hotel. It is fancy and has all the amenities you would hope for. The staff are very courteous and professional. But the hotel is starting to show its age. In need of a refurbishment.
