Good and spacious apart hotel with good amenities. I liked the breakfast and we had many things stocked up frequently. As compared with other aparthotels, the rooms where quite big and spacious. The only concern I had was, my room doesn't have a smart TV and it was same with all of my friends who was staying in other rooms. This hotel is located near to the city, so all the tourist spots are near by and you can find lot of restaurants near by.

Nice place to stay with family. 2 piece for 4 pax is right size room with kitchen and office desk. Helpful staff at reception and gd location near to T2 tram and M12 metro.

Staff is not helpful..whatever issue you bring regarding your room, they will ask you to be in room between 9 and 5. Whatever may be purpose of your visit (business or vacation), very less chances for one to be in his room during these timings. Room service is once in a week.. Good point walking distance from port de Versailles metro

I stayed in this apartment hotel for 40 days. The hotel staff are polite and kind. The rooms really need renovation. The negative point is cleanliness which is not so good especially in bath and toilet. The facilities are enough for midterm stay. The equipments of kitchen are properly arranged. Enough amounts of dishes and cookware are in kitchen and we had no problem in this case. Weekly cleaning is not bad but not so accurate. Towels and bed covers are clean. All in all it is a good choice for a family in Paris when they think to budget. The location is great because of Tram station just opposite hotel door which you can get to 2 tourists favorite metro lines 8 and 12

Good stay in Paris. Away from downtown crowds but close enough to transit. I recommend.
