Service was excellent. Staff was great, even through the Industrial Action (Strike), and provided alternate suggestions for transport. Breakfast was great. Breakfast staff was very friendly. Variety was good. Location was good and accessible to public transport (Metro, Bus, Tram). Parking was excellent - safe. Room was small. Carpet old and dirty. If it was not for the room, I would have given a perfect 5.

It was cool. Unfortunately, the subway system was on a strike so it was harder to access the places we wanted to. But... the staff was nice and friendly, especially this guy in the reception who would check the nearest *working subway* on his own cell phone. I recommend it.

I loved the hotel reception. It was very cosy decorated. There was coffee and tea for free. The room was ok for the price. It was clean. The receptionist was very polite. He helped us with information how we can get to Gare de Bercy train station and explained us everything in details. We arrived very late at 1am and the receptionist was very welcoming, the room was warm and also they explained to us in details how to get from Porte Maillot to the hotel.

We had a great stay! Metro stations, supermarkets, bakeries very close by. The staff are soooo nice! Our room was looking out towards the very busy road; however, the double windows literally blocked out ALL noise! You only really know how much noise it's blocking out once you open both of the windows. You can even see the Eiffel Tower in the distance! Thank you!
