Definitely book here. Good location that's walking distance from the town center, yet high enough for incredible views. The management and staff expertly handled the foreign visitors' needs whenever anything came up. I am highly impressed with their professionalism, and their cooking as well is top quality. Every dish our group ordered was delicious. Thanks for a great stay, and see you again.

I took my family to celebrate New year Eve to this resort and below is our experience; 1) Check-in time is 12 noon but they could not offer us room until 5pm. We were left stranded in the waiting gallery for 5hours. 2) The rooms given were totally new and we could smell fresh paints. 3) Electricity problem day and night, and there was no backup. Geyser was not working most of the time. 4) too slow service of food, we had to wait for hours for breakfast and lunch to be ready. 5) Room service for food was not available and it was really bad for others. Example, they could not arrange heater, bedroom slippers was not provided and most of all stinky washroom. I will still give 2 stars as the owner and his daughters tried to get work done with less staff.

I'm glad that I stayed here. They've very accommodating and helpful stuff. Food here is also pretty good. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are also bigger than usual. The premium rooms have the best view of the lake and the town. I'll definitely stay here again.

Awesome hotel. Rooms are so clean and room service are great. They are friendly and helpfull. Side view from top of the hotel just awesome.
