Trou-aux-Biches is a small town with a public beach on the northern coast of Mauritius in the district of Pamplemousses. According to the World Travel group, the beach is one of the most beautiful on the island. They awarded it the World's Leading Beach Destination at the World Travel Award for 2011.

The beach itself is absolutely stunning Great place to take amazing pictures or have a photoshoot, however, it’s not the best place to swim or play in the water as there are many stones and shells at the public beach which may cut your feet and it’s overall an unpleasant feeling. There is boating and a variety of sea activities available at the beach. The vibes itself is relaxed

SMART BEACH One of my preferred beaches after Perebere. It is very popular. Small in size it may be considered as a smart beach

Nice Beach, a lot of boats anchored near, but place to swim is separated from them.

Definitely one of the best beaches on the island. A little narrow in places, but lovely soft sand, good clear seas and, if you're lucky, a great sunset
