Scenic, unpolluted, natural and nothing man-made. Careful though: I do not recommend bringing kids and infants there since it is a rather dangerous and difficult to access site.

A rock outcropping into sea along the south coast. The waves break directly against the rock – there is no reef protecting the coast in this area – and often send up a good spray during big swells. La Roche Qui Pleure is a well known site near Gris-Gris Beach with signs in the area directing you there.

This is a good pace to watch the waves crashing on to the rocks. There was a bit of spray, but this will depend on the weather. Some bird life (white-tailed tropic bird) and picnic tables nearby
