Situated on the North West of Mauritius, the Mauritius Aquarium is home to a number of marine life including sharks, giant moray eels, the crown squirrelfish, clown fish, butterfly fish, lobsters, crabs and sea turtles, to name but a few.

Good variety of fishes. The exotic marine life is interesting for the kids to watch. 300 Mur is too expensive for such a small size park. One hour is enough to cover the place. If they reduce the ticket price, it may attract more people to visit.

The Animals are in tiny tanks, they don't look lucky. It's sad to see all these creatures suffering in a place they don't belong to. In the big tank there is not even sand on the ground, the animals can't hide somewhere. It has nothing to do with natural environment. If you like animals, don't go there.

Guides were educational and it was a joy seeing them feed the fish. Great place for kids!

You need to pay amount to visit this aquarium. It is better to see live corals from glass bottom boat at Blue Bay which is quite thrilling.

Very educational. Lots of info on the fish on display. Expected a bit more, like big marine mammals. At least there were 2 small sharks in the one tank.
