Loved the beach and restaurants. The hotel was nice and staff were very warm and welcoming. Very noisy in the mornings due to large families with children. Recommend asking for a more private room away if you intend to relax or sleep-in.

Mediocre service and staff. Expected much better care and a more enjoyable stay from what we heard about the hotel. There was a lack of hygiene, be it in the room or with the way food is exposed to flies during the buffet. Nice pool and spa, quick room service.

Just go for the villa, your private pool, your butler...you’ll feel pampered, well-cared, luxurious, like a cinema-star. The hotel is such a lovely place, they have lots of activities, snorkel, paddling boats, yoga...spa, cinema at the beach, many restaurants, a huge pool. It is expensive but it is worthy. It is money well spent, if you are a honeymooner they will give you so many treats, best place ever.

A tad expensive but a decent location. They aren't as flexible with a number of things and are not quick to offer any concessions about it. I guess the customer service culture in Africa still has a long way to go empathy wise

The best hotel we have ever stayed!! The service was excellent. They go out of their way to make your stay as welcoming as possible. We especially liked the service from Dave, Adesh, Ankush and Oliver
