We were in a restaurant of this hotel, wanted to order a caffé and some desserts, unfortunately we were waiting 35 minutes and nobody came to bring us a menu or ask what would we like to order. The place was not overcrowded and staff was talking to each other. What a pity, so beautiful place.

Nice place. Specially the Lounge Bar the Pink Socks. But waiting time is too long on Fridays as there is the Happy Hour.

The revamp of this business hotel has brought so much life to it. I had a great experience taking in the changes and the more modern ambiance. I absolutely loved the new sushi bar, and the new bar and lounge areas. Marina and team take good care of you when dining, but the hotel's biggest assets are the reception staff and porters. I do however hope they will review their main restaurant meals, particularly dinner. Their buffet system is confusing to navigate and the food quality is not always great.

Modern-looking restaurant with decent staffs. For me, the food let me down. Their presentation was amazing but flavour-wise, I was disappointed. The sushi are ok but for the price you pay, they taste like good sushi from a cheap restaurant in Australia. The crab burger looked superb with that pink bun but the soft-shell crab was not soft and very polarising seafood taste. I had a lot of soft-shell crabs but this one was just odd. Also food took so long and the staff's excuse was "we have a big table to serve before you", i mean how's that my problem? You don't allow booking if your kitchen can't cope.

Some of the slowest and worst service we have ever recieved in Mauritius, which is a big statement! A waiter literally tried to give us a dirty table. You could tell the staff were stressed though, something was going wrong. The food on the other had was brilliant
