A great hotel! Rooms are clean, new and sleek. The staff at the reception is very professional and friendly. There are 2 bottles of water as well as free coffee and tea in the room. The hotel is close to the airport and there is a free shuttle hat goes to the airport from the hotel. What won my heart though are the pillows: each bed has a soft and a firm pillow. Loved it!

Very convenient hotel to stay at. So close to the airport. Great food and really friendly waiters. Front desk staff helpful. Bathrooms need attention as both times we stayed there, the bathrooms had issues. Leaky taps and showers not sealed so the floors were soaked after showering.

We were at the bar for the happy hour which is from 5-7pm. We arrived at 6.55pm because we decided spontaneously to have a drink. The bar tender told us to wait for a moment since he wanted to refill the beer tap first. After he was finished he told us in a really rude way that the happy hour was finished. Wouldn't have hurt to tell us with a smile on his face at least.

Ideally located for a stop over. Delicious dinners and breakfast daily. Hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport whichnis basically 5 minutes away.

The hotel is located convenientl close to the airport. Due to their land side location, they offer a complimentary shuttle to their nearby beach house where all of the facilities may be used at no additional cost. The service, at the reception and in the restaurant is great and it clearly is the staff‘s prime goal to make you feel welcome and pampered. The hotel features all the services you would expect from an IHG hotel, an on-site pool, restaurant with a great variety, spa (visit them for a massage - great), complimentary airport shuttle etc. The withdrawal of one star was the cleanliness of the room, it‘s the only aspect of our stay that could be improved. It‘s about the details, for instance hair in the edges of the room, fingerprints from previous guests in the bathroom. Overall a great experience for a short-stay, possibly even for longer, due to its remote location and the lack of public transport, you would then want to rent a car to get around.
