Not to be missed if you are in Mauritius. A friendly welcoming atmosphere with fabulous staff and authentic Mauritian cooking. Dining is on the terrace with great views of the garden and decor. Smoking tables can be booked and there is loads of safe parking. I recommend anything in a Creole sauce, enjoy.

Great Creole food experience, restaurant set in a lovely garden but a bit of a job to find if you don't know where it is. Staff are ever so friendly and aim to enhance your Creole food experience. Parking about 60 meters from restaurant. Restrooms available on sight.

The mom and daughter team that run this quirky restaurant are lovely people. They took the time to explain how every delicious dish was prepared, and also how they made their own rum used in the dessert. It was great to come on a day they don't cater to group.

This restaurant is a true hidden gem, food is delicious. The cuisine is all local food, with a good variety of Mauritian specialities. The decor is also very lovely. Owner is very nice, taking time to explain the menu before you choose and once the food has arrived. As starters you get Mauritian snacks such as mourkou. However the other staff were barely engaging into conversation with us. Luckily the owner came and helped us to go though the menu. The menu is also accompanied by dessert.

This a hidden gem and an absolute must to visit to taste traditional creole cuisine. The owner is so friendly and welcoming and her enthusiasm for the creole way of life is infectious. Don't miss out on this wonderful eatery.
