Has good room views. Gave us a free of cost upgrade to a Maharaja Room from standard one. The service is good. The rooms are well built with comfort. They have a got a common seating area on almost floors with magnificent mountain views. The staff was courteous and helpful.

We stayed in Snow valley for 5 nights. Very pleasant stay. Resort is in a peaceful location. Staff is very courteous and food is also nice. The resort maintains proper hygiene.

Poor room service and customer care. No hot water in duplex room, no change of rooms despite raising the issue. It's like customers get paid to stay here. And with the kind of attitude they have, I think the should.

U don't have to worry about food if u stay in this resort. Good options for breakfast and dinner. They have candle light dinner arranged for one day. Rooms are not that great since it's an old resort and there is no lift as well but it's ok therr are only 3 floors. Service is good.

Amazing property, beautifully maintained garden, courteous staff( like eveyone is grommed and is a amazing host), amazing food(order anything) very good quality of food and service overall. I recommend family with kid, freinds, couple to stay here. Overall my 10 days in this place I had zero complaints.
