The water provided is never warm or hot. The food quality is very poor; there is no variety to choose to eat from for breakfast or dinner. If you ask for something, the staff behaves as if we have asked them to die for us. No hospitality, no proper customer service. Very bad experience! I would suggest everyone not to book this hotel for stay. The menu inside the restaurant is too expensive with very very low quality of food. The milk provided and/or added in tea and coffee is watered to the extent that it is very easy to identify as watered tea or coffee.

10/10 on hospitality and comfort. Keeping the covid norms in mind, i think i haven’t seen this kind of preparedness towards pandemic in any other hotel. Must visit if you are coming to Manali, the safest hotel i have come across during my travels in covid times. Humble staff and special thanks to Mr. Ludar for extra care and attention.!!! Again loved the location and hospitality!!

This is one of the best hotels in respect to quality and budget. This March 2020 was my second vist. They kept well maintained rooms with views. The hotel staffs are friendly and welcoming. They are always at your service whenever required.. The food was awesome. ( be it buffet or Ala carte). The propriter Mr. Ludher Thakur was truly a gentleman. Thanks to everyone for our lovely stay.
