Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery is a Art gallery in Naggar, India. The building that now houses the exhibition once filled in as the habitation of Nicholas Roerich. Himachal Pradesh Government and Russian Government have shaped a trust to run this workmanship display as the Roerich Heritage Museum.Paintings of Kullu, Spiti and Lahaul made by the painter have been housed in the ground floor of the exhibition. An extraordinary number of his works are saved in historical centers everywhere throughout the world. The greater part of the works of art demonstrate the excellence of ice secured valleys and crests amid early hours of night. The craftsman's private rooms have been safeguarded in the upper floor of the historical center.

This man came down from foreign stayed here and created beautiful art, and these art will stay here on this planet for eternity, we weren't allowed to take pictures of the art, You need to visit this place and witness it with your own eyes. Must visit this place if you are fond of history and antique paintings.

An amazing place to be, if you value art. A pretty house full of marvellous paintings with a serene and sublime view. I didn't know anything about Nicholas Roerich before coming here. But right after looking at first few of his paintings, I knew he was an amazing personality. I could feel the mountains of his paintings speaking to me. Totally amazed by his work.

If you are looking for a bit of heritage and culture then Roerich art gallery is a must visit. It is a well managed affair. They have an AV show that will familiarise you with the subject and they boast of quite a few Roerich originals in their collection. If you are lucky you can coincide your visit with their annual function when for a week the Russian ambassador is there. Artists - dancers from Russia and others grace the functions and it is a rewarding time.

Very interesting place for those who are familiar with Roerich and their impressive work. Unfortunately you won't see many original paintings here, mostly reproductions. One should think of this as a Roerich Memorial, not an art museum.
