This place almost 2 km from Hrtc bus stand or mall road, But it is on some height so best option is take taxi and taxi will charge 100 rs. This is nice economical hostel, rooms and services of this hostel good. Location of this hostel is great so if you are looking to stay for long period in budget. This place is the best option.

Review of my stay from 11-11-20. I’m going to give the place just 1/5 only because of the caretaker here, namely Vinay. The place has absolutely nice vibe and view. Dorms are clean but the caretaker is absolutely pathetic when it comes to customer service. He is just NOT interested to help his guests. Neither he seems to be interested in his job. He keeps the hostel door locked till 830 AM and doesn’t even open it to let you go out and have tea. As if he cares to provide you tea inside the hostel. This place is really nice but this guy is the only thing that can shoo away the guests. He doesn’t even smile. Oh yea ,there’s no hot water supply here. How can you expect guests to take shower in lukewarm water in Manali! N Mr Vinay doesn’t seem bothered with your issues here. He misbehaves all the time and can’t lower his tone of talking to guests. I request La vaca management to either replace him or teach him some customer service lessons else this property will face grim days! PLEASE! N yeah, I’ve been asked to vacate after writing this review.

Avoid at all cost, do read this before deciding whether you want to stay here. I have given 1 star for the view from the hostel, that's it. The person at the reception is not at all hospitable, feels like you are a burden on them and they do not want guests there. Extremely strict hostel rules, I think they should change it to family only. The person in-charge there was extremely rude to my guest, and had no manner whatsoever of talking to a guest. At times of Covid when businesses are going down and people are looking for business, he asked me and 2 other guests in the hostel to leave immediately and not stay for another day. We obliged, but well I believe you will have extremely negative vibes if you stay here.

It were too good experince more than we thought and manager is also kind and helpful. you have to trek for reaching in the hotel from mall road.
