We had booked two rooms online a week before and upon arrival the staff gave us the rooms on different floors (Clearly the hotel was empty but they said it’s full). They charged us more for a family suite. Though the location and the interior of the hotel is nice, you can go for a better option.

Just wonderful. Nothing much to say.just beside the parvati river.room service and staffs are not only well behaved, they give their 100% to fulfill your necessity. I can say that if you will stay in royal palace u can understand how much pleasure you will be achived.we will cherish our experience throughout our life.thank you the entire team.

It was a wonderful experience to stay here for two nights.The location is just fabulous just by the side of the riverbank of parvati.staffs are well behaved,superfast and prompt room service,food were really delicious.the best part is they provide your dinner or breakfast at your room only with no extra cost and same for the room heater also.black tea was awesome.overall our stay in royal palace will be a good memory for a long time.once again thank you royal palace for your service and hospitality...

One of the best in Kasol - not in town -excellent view for the rooms facing roadside - river, green , mountains , snowpeaks views - food is good .we had only veg here - staff is good - there's a cafe 50 mtrs walking towards right from the hotel . Where u can get beer and other stuffs
