Location & resort layout very good . Provided entertainment for all age people. Hygiene and maintenance of the resort property not up to mark,shortage of service staff. Worst experience for first time about online hotel booking rooms with this resort, demand more money than online booked or u will get room w/o cot only mattress.

Very spacious rooms. At a walking distance from Venna lake. Hot water was available in the morning for bath. Ample car parking, good breakfast. Good service.

Far from the market but its worth leaving and has a beautiful view from the room. Staff is good services were great.

Rooms are spacious.. Rates are also fine.. Not costly.. Breakfast is available.. Parking space is also available..

The worst hotel I ever visited, very unprofessional staff and they have a very careless behaviour. Room service is even worse. No regular clean ups provided. Bathroom pipes leak and are not clent either. I had ordered food and even after 2hr 30 mins I wasn't provided with the order and I had to go catch a local restaurant nearby at 11pm in night. Wifi range is not good either and the net goes off anytime. At check out they were not ready to provide the bill either. I hope this review reaches to others before they land up into this mess of a place. I'm giving it a negative start, which unfortunately isn't available so, 1 star is it(not even worth it).
