Set in Koyna Wildlife Sanctuary, the northern portion of the Sahyadri Tiger Reserve, this basic hotel on 40 forested acres is 2 km from Dhobi Waterfall, and 4 km from boating and horse riding at Venna Lake. No-nonsense rooms have flat-screen TVs. Suites are simply decorated; some have separate living areas. Amenities include a low-key restaurant and a kids' play area. Ayurvedic massage treatments are available. We are having 124 rooms with lush green forest in around 40 acre of area with some of the Huge Heritage rooms and some of the Normal rooms

Best and trustworthy place to stay in Mahabaleshwar! Courteous staff and delicious food. You will not regret booking any option here. Be it standard non AC room or cottages or villas, the entire property is best to stay in Mahabaleshwar. Veena restaurant serves delicious food. Cottages are recently renovated and are at par with the private resorts.

If you're a nature loving person. A must place to visit. Sinc e the resort is maintained by Government,the hospitality is not so good. The cleanliness need to be improved. Seems cottage rooms are newly built one which feels good to stay. But for an affordable stay and calm nature you can choose this one.

The place is awesome, nice and superb. It has trees all around the resort. Coming here for relaxing is a very nice decision. You feel relaxed after staying here for 2 to 3 days. The rooms are spacious and big. Talking about the food, it is as good as the resort. The food isn't too spicy but flavorful and tasty. The resort is very large and there are a lot of rooms, cottages, family suits, etc... Overall this a nice place to come and it's worth.. Keep it up.

Great location of resort (same as other MTDC resorts) It is walking distance from sunset point. Entrance is nice. Property is big and overall maintenance is good. Small garden for kids with slides and swings was not in good condition. Rooms have old look and furniture but they are maintained very well. Restaurant is good, nice and clean. Food is ok, they serve non veg too. They take security deposit while check-in but refund it on check-out. Also person on counter helped us to plan our 3 days in Mahabaleshwar

A quite place from the hussle of city. A resort to escape crowd and enjoy peaceful time. Excellent arrangements with good food in nominal price.
