Dec 2020 One of the best properties in town. View, location, food and service. If you book 3 weeks out, you may as well get it in very reasonable rates (5k per day) There are 28 villas in total and one wing with 10 rooms - each has some pro and cons - personally try to get in ‘signature wing’ - has the best view

Food an ambiance ..no question about it. Without a doubt it was amazing. Surprisingly the buffet price is also reasonable and the good thing is that they allow outside customers as well along with serving the in-house members in the same restaurant. One can certainly visit for a nice tummy full meal. Thanks.

The service and hospitality is excellent, the entire staff is very warm and welcoming. The food is delicious and we were constantly being looked after by the restaurant staff. The spa was neat and clean, the aroma massage was very relaxing and refreshing. Full marks to my spa therapist Kimi, she knows her job very well. Absolutely recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway

Non co-operative people, went there to check any available rooms, they say "we need your health certificate from your Dr, and we can't show you any rooms, you need to check them online". Worst experience from a reputed hotel. I understand following procedures is one thing, but staff should be co-operative and give solutions to the guest, if i have not pre booked any room, and I am near to the hotel, obviously I won't have any health certificate with me, in that case what shall I do??? This way of thinking shows that they were not ready to help. Raising questions on your own and not having answers will keep guests away from your hotel. I would request hotel to be supportive and give solutions instead of raising questions.
