Description
It is among the famous Mahabaleshwar tourist places. Krishnabai Temple is supposed to be source of the Krishna River. The temple was built in 1888 by a ruler of Ratnagiri on a hilltop overlooking the Krishna valley. The temple has a Shiva lingam and a beautiful statue of Goddess Krishna.

Ancient temple. Around 5000 years old made by Pandavas while in exile. Nice place to see. Serene. Amazing view from there.

Must visit. It's a beautiful and peaceful place. Very scenic. Of u are visiting panchganga then this is a must visit... Very scenic

Visited the Krishnabai Temple in Mahabaleshwar which is a hidden gem! The water coming out of Gomukh in this ancient temple is supposed to be the source of Krishna river. The temple also has a spectacular view of the Krishna river valley

Krishna Devi Temple is open. It is 1 km away from Panchganga temple, it is built in Hemadpanti style, In front of the Krishna Devi temple is Krishna valley. As per mythology, Krishna river had jumped from this place. Tourists are less on weekdays. You must visit this place. Good place for kids and family. Best time to visit is early in the morning.
