Description
Kaas Lake, also known as Kaas Talav, a well-known attraction in the city of Satara in the state of Maharashtra. Well, the Kaas lake was built in 1875; is pretty near to the Satara city and nearby to Kaas Plateau too, which makes it a popular destination for tourists. The altitude of this particular lake is approximately 1060 m, which is mostly above sea level, giving you a adventurous experience. You can even visit the famous temples such as Kasaidevi Temple, Bamnoli, Yewateshwar Temple and Tapola near the city.

Beautiful place ... Always visit for peace Kaas Lake is oldest lake in Satara. Which provides water for all Satara City. One of the best lake in World. Must Visit Place.

Evening is best to visit. Vajrai Falls is nearby to catch. September is best for flower bloom and kaas lake pleasant view.
