Amazing property, very helpful and polite staff, good food, an attractive location. • The rooms are very well maintained and the ambience is great. • The staff is really very friendly and helpful. • The food tastes good and is at a decent price. • There is hardly any Online reservation system for the property, which was not convenient. You have to call in order to reserve the property. • The view from the opposite side of the property is breathtaking. • Overall a very good experience.

Boutique resort with ducks meandering around. View of the valley on one side. Good option to stay while visiting Kaas pathar. Clean rooms. Great place for a photo-op. They have a party room/hall. One can host a small wedding here.

We missed reading the reviews before visiting this property. We had a similar experience where we were misled with information shared at the time of doing booking. The booking was taken by Sarika Jadhav who misguided us stating that the flowers have bloomed. We took our first break after 5 months due to COVID, drove 5 hours from Mumbai and was surprised to see that the Kaas phatar was closed and the flowers were also not bloomed. The hotel team knew about this on Sep 2 and conveniently chose not to inform us. This destination is a known for the blooming flowers and guests visit this place only for the same.......so did we basis the wrong information shared. Would like to admit that the food and service was very good. When confronted Sarika was upfront and unprofessional stating that if there is problem we can check out and she will refund the stay amount. So we decided to move out and paid them only for food service availed. Later in the evening we get a call from Pravin Jadhav. We thought it was a follow up call to express apologies, instead he started demanding that we pay for the stay. The management at this property is not customer focused and least bothered on repeat customer. They need to be trained on customer service management. Advice all that they do visit this property as it is very nice and beautiful , but be very careful with these people mentioned above. Ensure that you get your booking confirmed in writing and also check if the flower national reserve is open and blooming from outside resources. Overall we did not have a great experience and rerouted ourselves to our Lonavala farmhouse.
