Zara’s Resort Khandala - Lonavala    Share

Though the room tariff was as high as any boutique hotel, the rooms looked dated, the water heaters were old, hot water would come and go, the lawns were devoid of grass and nothing much in the place to call it a resort at all. (The pool isn't much larger than a large jacuzzi). Breakfast spread was quite limited but the food tasted great. We decided to stay there because of good childhood memories of visiting that place with parents, but somehow, over the years, the place hasn't kept pace of time. The only reason for the 3 stars is for the very friendly, excellent and warm staff who made the stay better.

Fantastic place to visit in khandala. Very Affordable and customer friendly. Food tasted yumm and the gang of 50+ that visited this place along with me, liked it. One caveat though, people who want to enjoy drinks in a lawn, etc. this is not allowed. In a way, its good

Nice place for a family vacation. Located in a nice place with ample parking space. They have 2 separate swimming pools for kids and adults. Rooms are spacious enough and well maintained. Staff is courteous and quick in serving. Food is not bad. Garden needs to be well equipped for kids to play. Overall good place to chill and relax.

This is a really beautiful place at a good location. Room service is really good. Clean and hygienic place to wander around. They even have a pool and a lot of space to play around. Great for family time. Overall a great experience.

Zara's is bang on the highway in khandala and very accessible. Food is good and in room Service is excellent. Cool place to hangout with friends and family.
