The place has impressive infrastructure. But, that is the only positive point about this resort. Looks like the management forgets that this is a service oriented business. We were not very impressed when we had to wait for considerable time to get the attention of someone at the restaurant, or to request for toiletries (a bare minimum of which were provided). The food was average and we had no idea that alcohol was strictly prohibited at this resort.

Excellent hotel-the staff are friendly and efficient. Especially helpful and Welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and beyond expectation. The hotel is well located and ambiences. Nice Gardens and pools it is Great value for money too.Breakfast offered a nice range of options and was perfect to set us up for a day of walking round Rome..Thank you.

Me and my family just loved this place

The place is great.. the food was quite good and the staff was friendly... The only concern I have is the food I ordered took a lot of time to be served

The rooms and service is nice. Good DJ party and bbq in the evening. Away from the hustle bustle. Food can be improved.
