Small rooms. Worn out furniture and fittings. Sounds in the passage of people walking get amplified. The good part is superb service and very good food. Staff exude genuine warmth, are attentive and courteous. The chefs willingly prepare items not on the menu and have suggestions to pamper the taste buds. It is a pity that such talented lot languish in a property that is well below the standards of other resorts of the group elsewhere in the country.

Hotel rooms are good. Near to City area and easily accessible from highway. Indoor games and swimming pool is available. Few Indoor games are paid or depend upon your package. Food options can be increased.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The experience was memorable thanks to the service provided by the hotel management and specially the manager of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the resort was commendable. The resort food was very very good. Overall the trip was amazing thanks to Sterling Holidays

It's not as amazing as other Sterling resorts. But nice rooms, polite staff. Overall the stay was good. Don't expect too much when it comes to food. The taste and variety is not something you can look forward to. The swimming pool is nice and clean.

Ambience n rooms are good but the food quality is not that much worth as per rates... Need to improvise the food quality...
