Worst F&B outlet, arrogant bartender, wrong Billing and much more... I recently visited the Tree House Cafe Restaurant of Rhythm where I asked for Ice Tea. The quality of Ice tea and the quality of service was worse than anything. On asking the bartender about the quality of the product he stated that this is how the ice tea is made. Not only this, but also the price of Ice Tea In Menu Card Is 250/- and on the final bill they charge 950/- for 2 Ice Tea, Proof of which I have attached. After arguing they change the bill to 599/-. This Is not an way of service to be provided to guest who is paying a huge penny as compared to the service they are receiving. I have been to many high star-rated restaurants, no one ever behaved this arrogantly and irresponsible. I'm also a hospitality student so I clearly know how the ice tea is prepared, and how to communicate with the guest. I would be pleased enough if the F & B staff of your hotel is provided with Proper training about communicating with guest and even how to do the proper service. Hope my review will be taken care of.

Awesome resort for beautiful memories. The rooms are huge and tastefully done. Beautiful paintings adorn the walls in the rooms, corridors, superb sculptures every place you look. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The food is very good. Perfect place

The stay was really pleasant with extremely friendly staff. Food at the cafe was also delicious and the staff ever ready to help and please the guests. One point is the mattresses are really soft and not comfortable if you have a bad back then you are in trouble. The interior of the room needed more doing up sofas too low and again too soft. Other than this fact it is a good place to spend a couple of days for a getaway The management needs to look into the rooms angle for a better stay. All in all a good hotel with well trained staff.

Excellent resort. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hospitality is very courteous and professional. Had a good time. Few things can be definitely improved. Housekeeping needs a good improvement. Kids Play area and swimming pool needs more staff for support. Food menu needs few more variety.
